Spike line warning! 12/27/11

With prices falling below the spike line in Indy, Indiana and Michigan, I am predicting a spike up in prices soon. Thursday is a traditional day for this, and it may hold off until then. But the possibility is there for prices to start going up tomorrow. Expect Indiana and Michigan to go up to $3.35-3.39 and Ohio to go up to $2.29-3.35.

  1. I can see higher prices in the near future if Iran tries to blockade the Strait of Hormuz. 15% of the worlds oil supply passes through there, and if they blockade it gas prices are likely to skyrocket.

  2. Ahh but the Saudi’s said they would dump on the market and meet any demand. Remember The Arabs do not like nor do they get along with the Iranians. Contrary to popular belief, Iranians are NOT Arabic people. They share the Moslem faith but even there they don’t get along. One is Sunni and the other Shiia.

  3. We just had a report of $3.49 at the Speedway on Saginaw by Frandor in Lansing, and several more reports of $3.49 around Flint. Once again, all prices were updated by the time I checked Speedway’s website.

  4. Ohio went to $3.459.
