Normal routine — price drop then spike

Comment on the January 10 prediction: Absolutely CORRECT, as prices rose to $2.39 the next day.

Monday, January 25, 2021, 8AM: After the ramp in late December and early January, oil prices have stabilized the last two weeks. Gas prices have done their usual drop-a-penny-or-two-a-day slide, and the we are back in price reset territory. Most likely, we head back to $2.39 in the next few days. -EA

  1. Looks like $2.45 in Grand Rapids area

  2. $2.45/gal in east Ann Arbor/Ypsi area overnight/

  3. $2.59/2.69 rolling out in Chicagoland as expected.

  4. South Bend IN – Both Speedways by ND went from 2.19 to 2.45 yesterday. Costco went from 2.12 to 2.05.
    SBN avg $2.27.

    Niles MI Speedway also 2.45 and WMT 2.05.

    Played the game, cashed in 300 Kroger points, and filled up for $1.789 last night.

  6. $2.459 throughout most of the Toledo area.

  7. Lots of $2.059 and lower. Another failed spike.

  8. Looks like mid-Michigan spiked to $2.55 today.

  9. Chicagoland back to $2.59/2.69 after dark last evening

  10. Big Red leading the charge back to $2.499 in Ohio. Worked SO WELL last week…../sarc

  11. Don’t worry ChrisDG74, WTI crude is nearing $60 bucks a barrel and $3 dollar a gallon gas coming soon to a pump near you

  13. LOL. Got it for $1.95 yesterday afternoon. Thornton’s. $2.05 minus 10 cent discount.

  15. South Bend IN – Speedway lead the way to $2.49 yesterday, was $2.29. Filled up at Costco for $2.13.
    Niles MI seems to be at $2.15 still.

  16. Testing $2.499 again in Ohio.
