PetroChina, Venezuela to build refinery (UPI)

CARACAS, Venezuela, March 13 (UPI) — PetroChina said it had received government permission to build a new refinery in southern China to process heavy crude oil from Venezuela.

March 13 (Bloomberg) — PetroChina Co. and Venezuela will build a refinery in Guangdong province that will rival the biggest Chinese oil-processing plant by capacity as the two nations reinforce their energy ties.

The trade of the year was UGA from $17 to $23 (up 35% in 10 weeks)

Shell’s Price Hikes Aren’t Holding

Comment on the February 7 prediction:  Hmmm.  Shell (yes Shell!) hiked to $1.99 on Monday, which matches my prediction, but the rest of the crew took their time, many waiting until Tuesday and their hike was to $1.95.  I’m not going to give myself full credit:  3/4 CORRECT, 1/4 WRONG.
